"I walked into Jim's office a number of years ago to explore the possibility of having him advocate for my high school-aged daughter, who, at the time, was in a heightened dispute with her father. Jim gave me his undivided attention-- asking about my daughter, her grades, friends, -- seemed to genuinely want to understand the best approach for the situation.
